Clearing throat, coughing, blowing nose, discussing visiting castles in Carlisle over the phone. 

You may not hear your own phone or telly if the neighbours TV is loud. I invited my neighbour one night to listen for himself. He stood in the middle of my living room and couldn't hear my telly well but could hear his telly behind the wall. Such fun!

Neighbours bed squeaking when they turn around. Every single syllable spoken. When they sneeze I wake up in the middle of the night occasionally. Once they played hide and seek and I could hear them counting 21, 22, 23 as clearly as if they were in bed with me. Now imagine other bedroom activities.

Previous tenant came to pick up some letters, that is how I know she had the same problem as I have with this property. And the tenant before her also lasted only a few months.
