My opinion about Belvoir agency and the name West behind Cheltenham's branch
In most delicate terms they either do not know what they are talking about, are overconfident about what they think they know about the business they run and relevant building regulations, or "put your own wording here and make a wild guess".
I have never experienced this caliber of incompetence on multiple occasions. Literally everything was difficult with them.
Hence this entry.
